I received this skirt from Sheinside.com last week & I honestly think it's the perfect "Start of Summer" skirt. The print & the colours are so vibrant & although you can't really see it from the images, it also has a pleated effect -which I adore ! I'm not one to usually wear prints like this, but I must say that I'm beginning to really like them. I'm looking forward to styling this skirt with a really bright coloured top this Summer in New York -where the weather will be much more in my favour. The fringe jacket I'm wearing with it here is from Penneys/Primark - I got it on sale a while back. I'm a huge fringe fan at the moment, so this is actually one of my favourite pieces in my wardrobe right now. I'm slowly but surely starting to dress more summery since my exams finished (despite the actual weather ) & I'm so excited at the thought of actually being able to leave my house without a a jacket every day in New York -it's the little thing, hey?
As I mentioned in my post on Tuesday, today is my Boyfriends birthday, so we've had a really chilled out day, have eaten loads & now we're going out in Galway tonight -which I'm very excited about !
