Sunday World Feature & Outfit Post

I have some great news ! I have a 2-page, "5 Days in my Wardrobe" feature in today's Sunday World Magazine here in Ireland :) :) The wonderful pictures were taken by the ever-talented Saibh Egan, who I adore working with. You might remember that I mentioned a while back (here on my blog and on my Facebook Page) that we had been working on a project together..& here it is ! I'm so thrilled with how it turned out...

The top I'm wearing was purchased in a swap shop last summer. It's from the brand "Joseph" which is an expensive brand sold in Brown Thomas, etc. So I couldn't believe my luck when I picked it up ! I had kind of forgotten about it until I saw it a few weeks ago at the back of my wardrobe, so I had to give it a new little lease of life. I just love the colours. The scalloped shorts are from Topshop, they were £10 in a sale last year -really cute & perfect for the summer. The shoes were also on sale -in River Island this time. They were marked down from €114 to €40 (I bought 3 pairs of shoes that day, ha) ! The blazer is something I've had for years & is so handy to throw over any outfit. I was really tempted to dye it a pale pink colour but I'm beginning to really like the simplicity of the white. Hope you like it anyway & there will be more to come during the week :)

For those of you who follow me on Twitter & Facebook, you'll know that I have been really busy working at Kerry Fashion Weekend over the last few days. The last event took place last night -The Vintage Salon Show -& I can honestly say it was the best night I have had in a long long time. There will be SO many pictures to show you in the next few days & I'll be doing a special Kerry Fashion Weekend blog post -so stay tuned :) In the meantime, here is a quick snap of what I wore:

I'm back to Galway now tonight for a week of study (wish me luck). However, the boredom of the library means that I seem to do a lot of blogging while I'm in there, so expect several posts in the coming week :)
