I was asked to take this photo while I was in London a few weeks back & then was emailed some questions by one of the writers for the magazine so she could write up a little article about me. I had actually just bought the skirt & the waistcoat the day before, so it was my very first time wearing this outfit. I found this amazing waistcoat for £10 in a vintage store in Camden Market, hidden behind some skirts on a rail -it really was SUCH a great find. The skirt is from H&M -it was the pleated effect & the colour that caught my attention. I've seen a lot of pleated skirts around recently, but they're all quite soft & flowy. This one is quite stiff, which gives it such a beautiful shape. The shirt was my grandmothers & I've actually studded the collar with those really spiky studs, you just can't see it in this image, unfortunately. But I'll show you the detail in another outfit post next week. The boots are my trusty chelsea's from SouYouShoes -they are honestly the handiest/comfiest boots to own !
I really am beyond delighted with this feature. Im an avid reader of this magazine every Sunday, so it's really funny (& of course amazing!!) to see myself in it this week ! Hopefully it won't be the last time, hey? :)
