On Saturday, I had the pleasure of styling the shots you can see below, to launch a Vintage-Themed event I am working on, as part of Kerry Fashion Weekend 2012. I'm a huge huge fan of all things Vintage, so I thoroughly enjoyed preparing for this shoot & I'm beyond delighted with how the whole thing turned out. The team I was working with were fantastic and the playful & fun pictures we all aimed for were, undoubtedly, achieved !  |

The inaugural Kerry Fashion Weekend (KFW) Vintage Salon Show at the Plaza . . . will take place on Saturday 14th of April in the Plaza Hotel, town centre, Killarney, County Kerry. Styled by yours truly, the evening will be an authentic celebration of the beautiful world of vintage. Tickets are €40 and include entry to the salon show plus vintage inspired cocktails and cuisine.
In recognition of the growing popularity of vintage style, the organisers of Kerry Fashion Weekend wanted to dedicate an evening to celebrate and showcase the best of vintage in Ireland today. Many well known vintage shops are participating including Vahey Vintage, East 73rd, Mon Amie, Retro Rose and Cotton Face Vintage. The night will also include presentations on how to achieve the vintage look by myself, hair creative Tricia O Sullivan (Munster Mobile Hair) and make up artist, Laura Lynch. There will be a prize for the most creative vintage outfit on the evening....so be sure to have fun with your outfit choice if you decide to come along !
